In the dynamic and constantly evolving world in which we live, technology plays an increasingly important role in our life and daily affairs. An area that has attracted attention in recent years is Artificial Intelligence (AI). This fascinating technology opens new opportunities and allows us to do things, which we have considered it impossible in the past. Today, I want to share my story with you on how I explored the world you have and how it changed the way we work and live.

As an entrepreneur, I understood the importance of adapting to new technologies and I saw the enormous potential in business. The greatest opportunity we have is that given by Romanian entrepreneurial fabric. From my point of view, it seems that we are used to many unpredictable, that we have constantly overcome. Curiously, I think that exactly this function will allow us to be very agile and as small and medium -sized organizations, so that David can be won against Goliat.

In fact, in any field there are concerns and risks. My main concern about the implementation of artificial intelligence in my activity or in other organizations is, in fact, its lack of implementation at an optimal level and ignore the organizational culture, which can lead to the loss of precious people. A precious man can become very easy to himself, learn these tools and create excess valves in another direction or even become a competitor.

Therefore, it is essential not to ignore the needs and human values ​​in the face of technological advancement and focus on things, that robots will not replace us, i.e. organizational culture between people and offering meaning on work. We must adapt to these changes and refine our ax, artificial intelligence be another tool. Also, we don’t feel that there is still extra job. And yes, we will have to invest some time (for learning, adaptation), so that we can earn time later.

The AI ​​technology can be compared to the Lego parties, which can be composed and combined in an innovative way, thus obtaining impressive results. In this sense, I am excited to see more and more real examples and to learn how we can implement these solutions in our activity, even with limited resources.

How do we use artificial intelligence in Brunomag?

As an objective in the use of artificial intelligence, I am interested in improving every vertical: from the operation and interaction with the customer, that is, in terms of marketing, sales and, in general, a greater awareness of the needs of systematization and digitalization of business.
